What axles are these and will they work under my 1/2 ton...
I friend told me about this chassis his dad had... Its a 79 3/4 ton 4x4.. I have a 84 1/2 ton and I want to swap the axles and springs.. what all is needed??? Is it a direct swap?? and I see this one has a 3in lift.. does it need a drop pitman arm??? I am building a big block powered mud truck and want some good axles under it... Anywho I bought this chassis minus trans and transfer case with good front and back bumpers for the price of hauling it out of his yard.. good deal huh??? he said he bought the truck brand new in 79 and this is all he has of it...kinda sad...
