Anything wrong with this?

You know how sometimes your working on the right side of your truck and you have it jacked up on the frame, is there anything wrong with leaving it sit like that for a day or two??? Just one side of the frame supported and the other side not???

I dont want to bend the frame leaving it like that if its a problem. Basically the right side rear is on the jackstand and the other side is standard height.. Any problems???
