What I've been up to (with pics!)...
Well, I've been spending a lot of time in my shop:
Don't mind the mess. You see there the Gentleman Jim, my 84 (blue to the left) and my 86 (white and rust to the right) In the foreground you see the upside-down shortbox for my 86 and a really nice fender to replace the one on the Gentleman Jim that rusted out when the battery tray failed. I've been working away on my rear axle for the 84. I'm rebuilding it and changing the gears from 2.73 (uggh, what were they thinking!!!) to 3.73 (much better, especially with 32" tires!) with all new bearings, axles and a Detroit Truetrac limited slip.
