1966 327/double humps vs. my 350

I just happened on to a 327 motor out of a 66 chevelle.The motor has never been broke open and was running (fast) when it was pulled cuz of a wreck. Its got double hump heads,a holley 4 barrel,and all the brackets.Its been sitting in covered for several years.The guy poured antifreeze in it before storage.He wants 500 bones for it and if he took care of it the way he takes care of the truck he drives now it should be in really good shape.
Advise pleeze.
