why is my truck so low?

now, i'm not complaining, but he has a 5" drop in the back, and mine is lower then his is. i've using a western chassis 5" flip kit, so shouldnt my drop be only 5" in the back? my springs are a 4 leaf pack. i know his tires are 27" tall and mine are 28" tall, but that would only be 1/2" difference between the fender and tire


like i said though, i'm not complaining but i was just wondering
