crossmember replacement kits?

the po of my k10 butchered up the crossmember so im looking into replacing it before i decied to repair it the best i can or drill some holes and use a new one
has anyone ever used one of these kits?
here is the one im looking at getting for my 68 k10 with a sbc 350 power plant
