WIW - 1 ton c-k conversion project - a 4x4 1 ton LongHorn

Ok, so not sure I am selling yet, but I started to think about a new GMC Quad cab as a hauler, I can get one cheaply and I have a ton of rebate $ from using my GM Credit Card. I also have too many projects and I am burning out. I am looking at a decent NEW truck in the sub 10K range when all is said and done.

So, here goes... the build link is in my signature.

It's a LongHorn these days, converted to 4wd

Front Axle: 4.10 D60 front, cross over steering, dropped pitman arm and a 2wd box. I also have a posi lock from a CUCV axle that can go in this. All new bearings, brakes and seals.
Rear Axle: Corp 14B rear, Detroit locker (still in the box), Disk brakes with ebrake.
Suspension: DIY4X brackets that mount 3/4 ton rear 52" springs in the front, a shackle flip in the rear with 56" 1 ton springs. Custom shock cross member.
Engine:
Cadillac 500, MTS 15 Cam, MTS Roller Shaft mounted Rockers, Edelbrock intake, ported and polished 120CC heads. Stock reciprocating assembly. new timing chain, lifters, rings and bearings. Custom engine mounts and cross member.
DUAL transfer cases: (NP203/NP205), all new bearings and seals, everything else looked good. Bling aluminum covers
Trans: Cadillac Th400 with a Chevy 203 output shaft. Freshly rebuilt.
Tires: 35x14.50x16 Pitbull Mad Dogs (brand new)
Frame: No clue what it's from, bought it from a JY. It's tough enough for the job and cut to fit a LongHorn bed, wheelbase and cab. All plumbing is there in stainless.
Cab: 1970 Chevy Cab, no rust (new rockers, kick panels and dog legs), AC dash welded in, cab's cut for the Caddy motor and a plate welded in to support the HyrdoBoost brake system.
Seats: Buddy buckets with all hardware
Bed: Long Horn bed, needs assembly, includes all the supports, bedsides, head panel and tail gate. I also have a 5x10' sheet of 3/16" steel for the bed floor.
Front clip: 67 fenders, radiator support and grill. Tri-Pro cowl induction hood.

Extras: Custom front winch bumper, Superwinch EP16K front winch, HID headlights, 20 ton winch from a 5t mil truck with the PTO to drive it off the 203 or 205, Dual Odyssey batteries with more than 1500CCA's. I am sure I am forgetting a ton more.

NO TURBO
