Custom Fuel Tank?

Hey I'm in a fuel delimma right now. I'm torn between buying a fuel cell and making my own fuel tank. My company makes "water tanks" quite a bit with no problems, so that's not a concern. What I'm a little worried about is my application. I have a '79 Chevy Blazer that I bobbed the rearend off of. This is an extreme rockcrawling 4x4 so fuel slosh is going to happen. I'm putting a partition in right behind the back seat and in this way creating a mini sort of short bed. I'll put the tank in the bed and a custom size would be optimum. What do you guys think about making my own so I can take advantage of the space available? How should I place the baffles and what should I make the tank out of? 16 ga was my first thought, with corrogated type top and bottom for rigidity. Can I use my stock lines, filter ,and all that? What to use for a pump? I dont want high pressure as I have a stock 350. Any help you guys can give would be appreciated. I've asked a lot of questions with the off road type guys, but the street guys have been playing these games a lot longer. So I appreciate your advice. Btw, I'm looking at between 26 and 35 gal.
