single diamond or triangle heads

is anyone familiar with these heads called powerpack heads. What are they and are they any good. I also have an 010 (3970010) block and don't know if it's a 327 or 350. It has a very small balancer (1/2" thick. Did they make any balancers this small for a 350. I believe this is the original engine to the truck. I've heard the 010 block are desireable for their high nickel content.
