Tire hitting inner fender and hood hinge

Got the front mocked up tonight on our shop truck and noticed that the front wheels come right up and hit the inner fender support. Also right under neath the hood hinge. I figured I would ask yall educated opinions before we go cutting into it and rebuilding the hood hinges. Is there a quicker/simpler way to get around this? I looked at taking the shims for the alignment out to camber the wheels in but that doesnt appear to be considerable enough to make a difference.

Any info would be greatly appriciated.
