Shaved Firewall help

I’m in the process of filling some holes in my firewall. I’m deleting the factory heater and will install an under dash hot rod heater. I want a cleaner look for the firewall. I checked the shaved firewall threads and couldn’t find any identifying all the holes. Could someone please id the holes circled. I assume the one to the left of the steering column would be for the clutch. I will be needing that as this will be a standard. I filled the hole for the fusebox as I will be using an aftermarket harness. This is a 68 cab and I will be using the throttle set up from a 71. What holes could I fill?

It would be great to see different ideas and pictures of routing wiring and plumbing to make things more appealing.

Thanks in advance.
