Hello from Wa

New guy here from Olympia, Wa. Just bought a 71 truck. This is only the 2nd truck I've owned, first one was a 79 GMC 3/4 ton Camper special with a 454... like this one more Anyway, This one is a 1/2 ton, 2wd, 350/350, that originally had a manual tranny. Has some rust in the rockers like usual, but other wise pretty darn straight. Paint needs to be redone, shes a 20 footer I've been working on this thing to get it to where I want it mechanically, looks will come later. I'm a total newbie to the v8 world, been into aircooled VW's since highschool.....my other ride is a 66 bug painted Blue Granite Metallic (chevy color lol) with a little 1955cc mouse motor thats on the brink of 13's....one of these days hahaha.. Heres a couple pics of the truck...Thanks for the cool site!!!! Joe

Oh ya, is that PCV valve connected to the right place...? I always thought they were connected at the aircleaner....
