Lets build a Raised Crossmember!!

First, we laser cut everything out, except the lower cross shaft mounting block.

We manufacture the lower cross shaft block as a whole unit, then cut off the end caps and machine the edges.

Then we press brake form the pieces.

Everything is now tacked, and removed from the jigs. Its ready to weld up.
