69face Registered User Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: northridge Posts: 534	1988-1999 chevy truck 4wd to 2wd is it possible? hi i know that the 73-87 body styles are pretty simple to swap from 4wd to 2wd. i was thinking of getting a 1996 chevy 2 dr tahoe 4wd and converting it to a 2dr tahoe 2wd. the 4wd's are way cheaper but i want a bagged 2dr tahoe 2wd. the 2dr tahoe 2wd's are almost 4 times the price. any help would be awesome! __________________ ""A bagged vehicle is only as good as it's wheel/tire combo!" -getlowness! my build thread http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...=223747:metal: I'M SO SO CAL!
