T-5 in a '72 C-10?

I've been wanting to put an Overdrive Trans in my '72 C-10 for a while now and I believe the easiest and most simple choice would be a T-5 from an '83 to '86 S-10.

I know they are not the strongest, but it is for a daily driver and there will be no racing involved.

Looking for input from others who made this swap and also need to know exactly what would be involved to make the swap.

I was also told that a T-5 from a V-6 S-10 would be stronger.

The truck now is a 307, 3-Speed.

Would appreciate any other opinions and/or info on it.

If this has been covered before and if someone could provide a link to it, that would also be appreciated.
