87 pickup wiring question

i have a 1987 silverado that the wiring went up in smoke i made it home with the truck thankfully but my wiring went up in smoke from the radio to the fuse panel. because of a bad headlight switch. i'm just trying to figure out what to do with the truck. i'm weighing my options. no yard around here has a 87 pickup tbi harness and it too bad to just repair. so here what is could do..
1) part the truck and install my motor and trans in my 71 super cheyenne.
2) buy a new harness if that is even possible???

what am i to do??? here is a pic of the truck..
