OK guys,
I am looking at a 79 K30, 454/400, SRW, Full-Time four wheel drive crew cab with about 45,000 miles on it. My question is what type of mileage do you think I should expect? 10 MPG? Second, any suggestions on how to test to see if the transfer case is working in the "lock" mode? I am also not really sure what the lock mode means. What is the difference between when I am driving arounf in regular 4HI and 4Hi locked? Any help would be appreciated.
