Air valve questions

Hey guys, I have a few questions on air valve sizing

I have 2 ART Ride Pro Es, one with the Big Red 1/2" valves & the other with the smaller valves they sell

My question is, since Im not wanting to hop or anything I dont think that running 1/2" line is necessary, especially in the rear
So do I run my 1/2" valves with smaller line, like 3/8" or do I run the smaller valves which are set up for 1/4" line ???

Any vids of speeds to compare to would be great

Thanks, Matt
