1972 C10 Helper Coil Springs

Is there a correct name for the smaller coil springs that mount on top of the rear axle on both sides and only make contact when there is a load. I am missing the driver's side one and my truck sits funny (not funny ha, ha, but funny hmmmm....) when it is loaded. It is a '72 LWB C10.

I will attach a few completely non-related pics of the truck since this is my first thread. And yes, I know, it needs some help with the wheels.
