cheyenne10 Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2000 Location: Oregon Posts: 2,512	Door opening noise/popping I have a 07 GMC classic sierra 2500hd crewcab 4x4. 10K miles and well taken care of. Problem is with front passenger door. Whne opening and closing we get a load popping sound from hinge area. I sprayed obvious parts with lithium grease to no avail. Any help? __________________ Bob
