1972 402 bbc?

Hey guys I have 1972 3/4 to camper special that I got 2 years ago. It has about 45,000 original miles on it now. I gought it with a new 454 in it as the original owner had it in storage for about 12 years. When he took it out of storage the rings on the original 402 had seized so he put in a new 454. He did not want to sell the 402 that came out of the truck for some reason. but now wants to sell it what's it worth? rings are bad but the engine only had 43,000 miles on it? Thanks Rick
