Talking 700R4 speedo gear diameter housing (?)

Can someone give me the part numbers for the diameter speed gear housings on a 700R4? There are two 2.078" diameter housings, each made from either aluminum or plastic, are available for driven gears with 34 or more teeth. One fits gears from 34 - 39 teeth and the second one fits gears from 40 - 45 teeth. The driven gear housings go in the tailhousing assembly on all two-wheel drive applications.
To calibrate my new 70R4/locking torque converter I need the larger 18 drive tooth with the 43 driven gear. I need the part number for the larger gear housing. Anyone know how much one cost? I have the 18 tooth drive gear, the driven gear cost $8 at the dealer but I have no idea what the housing cost. Anyone know what year model cars had them available? I need to calibrate my speedo correctly so the tranny builder can test drive my truck and check the shift for the warranty.
