Question Help!! Need some info about a part

I'm thinking about making a cheap way to control my electric fans and need to know if I can just use a radiator fan switch. I would like to know the on - off cycles of one off of a '91 Chevy truck. Here is the one I'm looking at from Orielly's.

BWD AUTOMOTIVE - Radiator Fan Switch
Item No: TFS17
$17.99 Each
1 Per Vehicle
Limited lifetime warranty (View Details)
AUXILIARY FAN CONTROL

Truck is now finished to the new owners design and running around.
I was shown some pictures of the finished product. At least it survived the junk yard.
