Stock style seat cover for plain jane '72 GMC

Does anyone know where I can get a stock style seat cover for my '72 GMC?
I am assuming this seat cover is the original since the truck is a low mileage truck and the seat cover is hard as a rock in the spots where it is ripped.
I have gone to Year One web site and thier seat covers have sewn patterns on them. Mine is just a pattern that is stamped in the material. I am really needing to replace it quickly because the drivers side finally ripped out bad and I want to reuse the foam since it is still in good shape.
