Where to get the Best Patch Panels???

My cab has the typical rust (rockers, inner rockers, cab corners, front cab mounts) and I was wondering if there are any differances in the quality of the patch panels available from the aftermarker or if they are all made by the same people. If possible i want the sheet metal as thick as the original but i'm sure thats probably unlikely.
