One of the rarer magazine ads from 1972. A base model 3/4 ton was rarely seen in advertisements in the 70's. The base look trucks always had a special character that defined them. Automobiles of the 60's or 70's never came with painted hubcaps and painted front bumpers.Oh, its nice to see some of my earilier photos that you guys saved reappear on this thread( orange 68 3/4 ton on assembly line and load of new 69 GMC's on car carrier).
