Axle perch

Hi guy's, a couple of years ago I bought some perches for my 62 Chevy ½ ton to do an axle swap, and they were perfect. Now that I’m doing another swap I can’t seem to figure out where I got them from. These sat at an angle just like the original ones, just fell right into place, you know. Any way does anyone know where I can find the same kind of perches from? Also I was considering may be doing a 4-link, any pro’s and con’s on that subject? Thanks
