Condisation build up?

Is anyone using the Chrome push in Valve cover breathers? If so are you guys getting milky build up under them? My truck isn't going threw any coolant but for some reason on both Breathers and under my Oil cap is has Water build up like it has blown head gaskets? The driver side is the worst I can take it off and shake it and actually get small amount of water to come out of it. you can kinda of see the Breathers in the pic please ignore the dirty engine bay it is now clean and organized.
