New Carb, Need Help

So I just picked up this new Holley off craigslist, it has never been installed and came with all the little parts and pieces. It will replace my old beat Edelbrock, so hopefully it will solve my acceleration/flooding troubles. I don't know anything about Holley's so what all do I need to do to make this work where the old edelbrock was? Where does the fuel inlet hose go? Where/how do I hook up the linkage? And maybe someone could clarify what it is for me, I was told it is a 600 CFM, but it doesnt look like a double pumper, but I have no idea what I am looking at. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
Steven
