greeeese?

whats the best way to remove all that thisc gooey garbage on the front suspention.i scraped for like an houre but only made a dent in it. tried oven cleaner but with no luck.i can use a sand blaster at school but i can only bring truck parts not the rolling chassis. so i cant get at it.
