Young Punk from WNY

My name is Steve Royer and I'm a 19 year old ME student at UB. I work part time at Harbor Freight Tools. I have a 1990 Chevy Suburban R1500. I've replaced the 700r4 for a $50 one I picked up and it's working great ( I did it in my grass driveway). The truck has minor body flaws such as a smashed fender, bent both bumpers, and a few dents in the doors, but the truck is a completely solid Texas truck.

I almost have the rear end problem fixed now. I fixed the angle as much as I could and made better plug welds and welded the axle tubes (grandfather did it). I also replaced the rear end gasket and new synthetic oil. I also replaced the u joints and carrier bearing. All that's left to do is add leaf spring shims.
