Re: 1969 Chevy Stepside Restoration/Build up
Well I finally got some time to do some well needed sanding. I also went to the local PPG distributor Hi-Tec paint here in Anchorage and got 1 gallon of Copperhead metallic paint mixed up. The color itself only cost $305 but after buying a lot of other needed things the total went up to $500. Here's some pics of the paint and sanding.
Aaron, Member Akman360 came over to help sand... Some extra bondo was needed on the firewall so better do it now before it gets painted! Also filled all of the pinholes in the bondo with some spot putty... Both sides need it. Here's the can of color!!!!
