Vacuum Lines on a Rochester Monojet

I switched out my carb and it seems to run decent, but I just want to know how to properly hook up the vacuum lines (I just hooked them up like the old one was hooked up and don't know if it was correct). In the pics below I have the EEC Canister hooked up to "C" and the Vacuum Advance from the Distributor hooked up to A & B (with a T connecting the two lines close to the carb). Does this sound right? Is it necessary to hook both A & B up to the Vacuum Advance, and if not which one should it be hooked to (I will plug the unused port of course). Thanks in advance
