69 Cab Question/Rust

Was wondering what everyone thought of this rust area in my 69 cab. I don't exactly know yet how to tackle fixing it, or sell it and get a better cab. The rust is on the inside above the windshield (about the same area as the drip edge on the outside). But, the outer sheetmetal is fine. No sign of rust through at all. Anyhow, just wanted to get some opinions.. The rest of the cab is in typical Ohio shape. Needs rockers, corners, and the floor has started rusting away at the seams. I have a couple pic's to show you what I'm talking about..
