took the k20 out part 2, the damage

well, i have been driving the truck again for a week or two after fixing the "blown head gasket"... turns out it wasnt a blown head gasket at all. a screw wiggled its way out of the throttle body and managed to land on top of the #6 piston, preceding to beat a hole in the head. the piston looked good, and came all the way to the top (meaning no rod bent) so i cleaned it up and left it... now the truck has a nice knock, so the engine has to come out anyways

heres a pic of the bottem of the head, and of the engine bay 4 days after getting it running again i couldnt help myself, i had to take it out again
