66 GMC too quiet?

I've got a 66 GMC that I'm building. It has a 454 chevrolet motor, pretty much stock, except for a little cam and roller rockers. I've got headers and 40 flowmasters on it. I've got it to where I can crank it and run it, but it's not quite ready for the street yet. It just seems too quiet for my tastes. I've read on the forum about alot of people saying the 40s were too loud, but they don't sound loud enough to me. So I tried to make a video so everyone could hear, and tell me if its just me.

I know the video isn't the greatest, so here's my 383 race motor for comparison, shot with the same camera.

I'm not looking for something near the noise of the race car, but I would like a little rumble to it, so do you think it will be loud enough going down the highway to keep me satisified?
