Re: Need help! I'm bagging my '67 now.

I think he's working on my notch as I type. He was going to do that this weekend. I'm not sure if he's done, or how long it takes. I need to learn welding, I'd go crazy...lol. I will still be TA's, and won't lay out in back. Plan was to do a 4-link rear later on, or asap. I'm sure this bag thing for me will be a neverending thing I keep upgrading, or the way I feel now it will be, I'm hooked, and have never had bags. The good thing is, and I know its a lot of work, but I have another truck, 69, and another frame with no body, oh, and a 68 gmc 3/4. If I wanted to change things, or wanted a Z in back, I can use the back of the frame I have setting out back. I thought about getting this one "low", and Zing another frame, while at the same time, have it taken apart, and clean, powdercoated, and setup the way I wanted. The setup I'm doing now could be the starter, one to play with, and not have the truck set, or pull the engine to Z. The other is just the frame, and may be easy, depending on if you need the body to know exactly where to cut. On the bare frame, I could put a donor cab, and measure, and drop the mounts on it to lay rockers on new frame. Thats an idea I have always thought about. I bet in 10 years this truck set 8, well, maybe not but close.
