Grumbling noise??? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I have a grumbling noise that i believe is coming from the front end. I thought it was the wheel bearings so i just changed them out. The spinldes where in good condition and i found a supsect wheel bearing that some friction.

I have also just recently changed both u joints in the drive shaft.

The noise is still there. you can here it best when you shut the engine off and coast. does anyone have any suggestion as to where to look next?
