i need amp help

i have no idea what any of this audio lingo means, but thats okay, i have all you experts, im looking at putting two 12" subs in my blazer

i was thinking these ones because i can get two for $110

questions
1: do i even want two tweleves, not two tens or one 15 or something
2: if i get those 12's what amp wouldi want, fairly cheap under 300
3:will they sound okay if i put them in the sidepanels in front of the wheel wells, some kind of box design that is connected or blends with the sidepanels
4: will the amp work under the seat or will it get to hot
