Bed floor straightening

In the process of doing a 70 longbed; the floor of the bed has the seemingly typical waves from being loaded down with stuff over the years. Does anyone have a cure or fix for this? I cannot find an aftermarket replacement floor; just pieces, 16"x48", and that would require alot of welding and grinding.

I am not even sure that I could put a new floor in if I had one. Is the floor seperate from the sides?
