Unhappy Fuel Tank Problems

Hi Guys,

I'm having a problem with my truck and was hoping you could help me.

I basically swapped a '88 Crew Cab Cab onto a '84 Crew Cab Chassis, and now I'm having problems getting fuel to the carb.

Right now the Oil Psi and Fuel Level gauges are both pegged way past full. Moving the fuel tank switch doesn't help. I noticed the '84 Frame had a round rubber two prong connector that came from fuel selector valve. The '88 cab has a two wire weatherpack connector and one other lead coming from the firewall out into the engine bay.

I guess that was for the '88 frame fuel setup. Now, any guess on what the problem is?
