Easiest way to get 2-3" of lift

I want to put a small lift on my GMC, 2-3 inches just to give it alittle more authority. Whats the easiest/cheapest way to do this? Add-a-leafs or rearched springs? I'd like to stay away from lift blocks, as my rear end already wheelhops bad enough when it spins posi. Thanks for the help guys.
