Is this truck worth $2200?

somebody wants to trade me a fourwheeler (worth bout $2200 bucks..) he says his "72 is worth that much.....heres some pictures he said he just put $300 in tires and wheels and its running and driving he took the driver side door off to rehang it....

could i swap my caband or motor onto this frame to make it swb or is that just crazy hard....thanks!

and he has the door he'll be putting back on, does this truck look worth 2200? what should i tell him ima look at it later this week...
