.Another thing to keep in mind is with the tool & stowage compartment the fenders couldn`t be longer.So,between the upper moulding at the top and stowage door in front,those were the proportions required.67_C30s truck looks great.He used actual fenders in the proportions we`re all used to,no moulding,and no stowage door.Sometimes you gotta look for the reason,then it makes sense.I also believe those could be aftermarket for dual wheel conversions.JC Whitney and others sold such things.I`ve seen a blue truck with the same fenders and (I believe) I`ve seen others in the past.
If anyone has owned a dual wheel pickup,I think you`d find a way to like that narrow track over a factory-like job.(I`m not knockin`67_C30`s truck
