12 volt key on source

please help me out here, I'm asking for guidence to where keyed source power is at on the trucks, mine is a 72. and in the cab or on the fire wall where are these 12 volt key sources at. I have schematics but it helps if you can read them, well they confuse me because I dont know how to read them.

I am trying to connect my fuel pump, (electric) and where I have it now it runs when they ign. key is in start and run, but when I shut the key off the engine still runs untill I unplug the wire for the fuel pump, this is making me pull my hair out please help
