Electrical question

sorry if this is in the wrong place... but that 12v ign thread made me think of something.

I haven't done headlight relays yet, but more and more I see "Relay" mentioned in electrical threads. And, I'm about running out of terminals, what with my electric water pump, choke, fans, aftermarket heater, stereo, remote start, seat warmers, yada yada yada...

If I have to add a new fuse block (5 or 10 terminals) would it be acceptable to use a relay from my "ign fused" or "unfused" on my original fuse block to the new fuse block?

I have a high output alt (80-90 amps at idle) and a deep cycle battery. all wires and grounds are new, thick gauge, quality copper, with weather proof connections.
