2 carb questions!

got a holley oh top of a spaceplate ontop of a edlebrock highrise rpm
holley is a 670 (i was wrong before) 80670-1 (d504)
got flowtech headers

sooo i was vaccum tuning after "resetting" the curb idle to the holley preset.. and "resetting" the carb to all box origional settings..
soo.. my question is..

is 18psi vaccum the best i can achieve? or am i doing something wrong?
truck dosent smell as rich as it did before *thank god*

and can i get a genralised estimate on the HP of my truck?

stock heads
670 holley
spacer
