Cab mounting hardware dimensions

I am replacing my cab and support bushings. I purchased the energy suspension kit #3-4107 for 67-72, 4x4, polygraphite. It says to use several of the original bolts, sleeves. Mine are so rusted out that I only could find one that looked like a sleeve inside the bushings. So I need some dimensions or a vendor that would sell these.

For the forward cab support (position 2) - sleeve diameter, wall thickness and length

For the rear cab support (position 3) mushroom shaped - top diameter and thickness, lower diameter and wall thickness.

I figure I could make these out of stainless pipe and plate if I needed to.

Thank you for any info that anyone has.

Eric
