Value of a factory BB SWB with Tach?

Edited!

Hey Gang,

I'm faced with trying to make a deal on a truck

Here's the skinny, it's a 1969 short wide with a factory big block, auto, air, tach, tilt, PS, PB. It's not an Arizona rust free truck, but its solid for Central Texas where I'm located. The roof, firewall, floors, bed and fenders are all solid. It could use rockers (not rusted out by any means but they're thin) and MAYBE one cab corner.

The cab and doors are orig paint and useable. The bed, fenders and hood are from a donor and do not match the factory paint. Interior is complete but needs TLC. Dash is cut for radio - doors not cut for speakers. SPID removed

Condition of the motor / trans are unknown but totally complete - as in all factory brackets, air cleaner and PS reservoir.

Frame / suspension looks to be stock, supposedly the brakes were gone thru but you know how that goes.

It comes with a NOS grille, repop bumpers and some other goodies. All in all it's complete.

I'm looking to buy it as an investment and turn it over to someone who wants to restore it as a nicely optioned factory truck. My question to ya'll is, what would you consider paying for such a thing both via Fleabay and locally?

I hate to offend the guy, but I'm not used to dealing with highly optioned trucks. Any input would be helpful.

PS..... if I can't afford it, I'll gladly divulge the location and contact information of the owner. Hows that!
