First let me say sorry for no pictures. I found a 1972 Chevy BIG BLOCK AC Longbed. It is dark olive and from a distance looks like a barn find. The body panels are straight and all the trim is there in which some has a few nicks and scratches. The truck is basically untouched. The interior is nice and the seat looks like it has hardly been set in. The grill is in very good shape and the engine compartment looks very good as well. The bed is a wood floor and has the tool bin on the passenger side. Now i'm used to rust because that is what i get when i buy something. Looking at the truck you wouldn't think it has it but it does. The cab supports are rusted out along with the bottom side of the rockers and cab corners and some under the tool bin. The area of the rocker and the weather strip doesn't appear very bad thought. The right inner rocker and cab support has the usual rust but for some reason the right fender is not rusted out in the lower cup. I couldn't find any by touch or feel. I should say rusting through.... I'm not worried about the repairs to lower half as I have replaced those areas before but what would a running truck like this go for. I believe the owner wants $3,500. Is this too much? Thanks!
